Introduction
Help shape a sustainable new neighbourhood
Cilldara Group is bringing forward proposals for a sustainable, landscape-led extension to the north of Sudbury. The plans include up to 750 high-quality new homes, including 35% affordable housing. This will be brought forward together with land for a primary school and early years facilities, shops and employment, a care home, a hotel, a new household waste centre and approximately 16 hectares of public open space.
We are engaging with the community before an outline planning application is submitted. Your feedback will help us understand local priorities and refine the proposals where possible.
